STRENGTH
Designed to build technique, confidence and maximal strength & capacity in the six main lifts : squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, pull ups and farmers carries.

With accessories and progressions tailored specifically to the needs of each individual, be it beginner or experienced to optimise their continuous improvement.

WARNING : with consistency and commitment, lean muscle is built, joint strength improves and heavy objects become light!
ENGINE
Where effort is our only currency.

Progressively programmed to build aerobic fitness & muscular endurance. Combining the use of Concept 2 Ergs, Echo bikes & running, intertwined with body weight/weighted movements to elevate heart rate and muscular fatigue to test your mental strength and your ability to say ‘No! I am not quitting, I will stop when I am done!’
HYROX
Focused around the sport of HYROX these Saturday morning sessions work on building your running capacity and movement efficiency in​​ the eight stations : ski erg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, row erg, farmers carry, lunges and wall balls.

With the session layout alternating each week between solo and partner workouts, HYROX Saturdays provide an opportunity to test your mental fortitude and see how all of your weekly training helps you in a sport specific setting.
